I really like the gift certificate idea. Those first pictures are some of the most precious. You could also get her something like a gift card to somewhere with a list of commonly forgot items, that way if someone did get her a year’s supply of diaper rash cream, you aren’t just adding to that. You’d be suprised at how easy it is to get too much of one thing and none of another. The basket idea is also very cute and very creative, but you might be better off just buying the baskets and helping her assemble them herself. That way she can just fill them with things she got at the shower and you can help her purchase missing items. That way again, she doesn’t have too much of one thing and not enough of another.
